Compensation:

Labor Arbitration Daily Rate: $1750 (additional 1/2 day after 7 hours of hearing).

Travel time charged outside of metro St. Louis area.

Air Travel by lowest fully refundable ticket unless parties agree to reimburse non-refundable ticket if hearing cancelled.

Cancellation fee: no fee if cancelled more than 30 days in advance; 1 day if cancelled within 30 days.
