Commercial Arbitration

Commercial arbitration is a dispute resolution process in which an independent arbitrator conducts a hearing and renders a final, binding decision. These proceedings typically follow the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association or similar guidelines agreed upon by the parties.

Employment Arbitration

Employment arbitration addresses disputes between an employer and a non-union employee covered by an employment agreement or policy requiring binding arbitration instead of litigation. An independent arbitrator conducts the hearing and issues a final, binding decision.
